| For the PS pump. I typically leave the alternator mounted to the bracket connected to the block. Then the A/C sits in the bay still connected to the lines and is simple to bolt up when the motor is lowered in. But what about the PS pump? The last several times i've kept the pump attached to the bracket and lowered the motor just a few inches above the holes for the motor mounts and then bolted the bracket to the block, but it's always a tight fit and real annoying getting the bolts to line up. Is it easier to attach the bracket to the block while the motor is on the stand, then lower the engine into the bay and attach pump to bracket? Just wondering if i'm making this harder than it has to be. Thanks Chris
